  This steakhouse was overall a good experience. We came as a celebratory dinner for being the division champions in our sport. I had the King cut steak cooked Medium Rare (what I usually get) and it was great. However I personally think it was a little too rare, but our waiter did warn us, so just a heads up I guess. After the steaks were finished the manager was kind enough to grant us all a vanilla ice cream scoop over a brownie that was to die for. This was my first time here and I'm defiantly coming back. Also, unlimited salad bar for most steaks

  Overpriced for value (even for Hawaii). There are better places for steak dinners in Hawaii, and at better cost. Salad bar is small, but fresh and tasty, so perfect to begin dinner (and all you can eat with most dinners). I had the NY strip, which comes with a vegetable medley of sorts. Cooked to my request (medium), vegetables still had a crunch to them that was nice. All in all a decent meal, just far more expensive than a few other places on island serving similar (and in a couple of cases better tasting) fare.

  Good value, steaks thoughtfully selected for how they'll be served. Rare steaks get the finest cuts, people who order well-done get the thin, "what's left" pieces. But they all are prepared and presented well and no complaints from the family, ever. Salad bar is decent/good. Chowder is great. Unless I plan to spend considerably more I don't go anywhere else for steak. Been going for nearly 20 years with a few breaks in between and still enjoy it.

  I have been going to Buzz's since they opened as a kid and now as an adult, my husband enjoys the food, but I just found out that because someone called an over $300 telephone order and never picked up the order, they are not taking phone orders anymore. It's upsetting to know that I now have to waste valuable time and I have to walk in and wait for my order. Whoever ruined this hope your bad karma follow you for life.
